Urisha Deochand
Urisha Deochand is a wellness counsellor, life coach, HR specialist, and educator with a deep passion for personal growth, healing, and skills development.
Shaped by life-changing challenges, Urisha transformed adversity into purpose — dedicating her work to empowering individuals, nurturing potential, and creating meaningful opportunities for learning, wellness, and transformation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- International Life Coach Certification
- Registered & Certified Wellness Counsellor
- 10+ Years of HR Experience
Sanjeev Deochand
Sanjeev Deochand brings strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to Smart Path.
Known for his integrity, discipline, and problem-solving mindset, he plays a key role in transforming vision into structured, sustainable operations.
His ability to build systems, manage growth, and ensure operational excellence is what allows Smart Path to function as both a purpose-driven and professional institution.
Together, Urisha and Sanjeev combine heart and strategy — compassion and execution.
